1. Your reservation will be confirmed upon the payment of 30% of your total fee (your deposit).
1.1. Only once a deposit has been received, the Rock Training Centre / Rock Lodge shall secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable (except if you cancel, in writing, your reservation more than 60 days before arrival). If no deposit has been received, your booking is not confirmed.
2. Please also take note of the following
2.1. Terms and conditions apply for all reservations.
2.2. Quotations are valid for 30 days only.
2.3. Rooms will be available from 16H00 on day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated at 09H00 on day of departure.
2.4. Please advise the Rock Training Centre / Rock Lodge 7 days prior to arrival the confirmed amount of guests in order for the Rock Training Centre / Rock Lodge to arrange accommodation and meals.
2.5. The invoice is payable for the amount of guests confirmed and should be SETTLED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS.2.6. 2% Interest per month may be charged on accounts older than 7 days.

2.7. The Rock Training Centre / Rock Lodge will make no changes to the invoice for non-arrivals.
2.8. Advise of any dietary requirements 7 days prior to arrival, especially Diabetics, Vegetarian etc.
2.9. Vehicles are parked at own risk and your personal belongings should be stored safely at all times. The Rock Training Centre / Rock Lodge will not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
2.10. A cash tuck shop (snoepie) is available. Hours will be communicated to you by the facilitator.
2.11. Guests will not be allowed to bring in their own alcoholic beverages or food.
2.12. All activities included will be as per quote. 2.13. Adults and children need to bring their own bedding, towels and cutlery. 2.14. Guests should expect and gear themselves for a typical camping experience.
