The Rock Lodge also has conference and function facilities available on the premises. We cater for conferences, weddings, engagement parties, year-end functions, Matric farewell functions, birthday parties and many more. There is a wide range of sit-down and buffet menu options available, and there is ample safe and secure parking on site..

The Rock Lodge has 2 sophisticated conference venues, as well as break-away rooms and an executive boardroom.

The large conference hall can accommodate up to 120 guests depending on the seating style (for example: U-shape, classroom style, cinema style etc.). This venue offers the following:

  • Air conditioning
  • Flip chart and pens
  • Overhead video projector and screen
  • WiFi with free Internet access
  • PA system as well as surround sound with microphone

 

The smaller conference hall can accommodate up to 40 guests depending on the seating style (for example: U-shape, classroom style, cinema style etc.).

This venue offers the following:

  • Air conditioning
  • Flip chart and pens
  • Overhead video projector and screen
  • WiFi with free Internet access

There are also photocopying facilities and various leadership book resources available at an additional charge. Our friendly, well-trained and service orientated personnel will go out of their way to ensure that all requests are attended to and that your conference/function/event is a success. A Manager on duty (MOD) will be available at all times to help you with all your requests and arrangements.  To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book  your event well in advance.
